The Magear (Heavy Storm) is a destroyer class FTL capable vessel designed for heavy combat fueled by a TYPE-3 hydrogen fusion reactor. It's sizable armament make it the top choice for offensive fleets and you rarely see one without a Magear. Saiion prizes itself on the thick armor and firepower this vessel can bring to a fight, but it well known that these vessel heave limited maneuverability. Ship commander often consider it smarter to get hit on one of the wings then to even attempt to evade an attack.
It can carry up to 8 Keora fighters in it hanger bay as auxillary and support crafts.

Viewed ship:
Forgotten Destroyer, designation DM23-0009. Commanded by Commander Tyr Valan, noted for using her ship to ram trough two Rantoïd battlecruisers. She is currently stationed in the T'serrar fleet.

I like these vessels and the format, as well as all the info you give on them. Very similar to how I do it.

Thank you, I like to give some background information on what I make. There is a whole universe behind them that is slowly being revealed and I think it adds more depth to them.

You should check out my gallery. I am doing the same thing and we have almost the exact same formatting in some cases.

I've been taking a look at your stuff actually, there is allot of it. How long have you been doing this?
ILJackson Featured By Owner Mar 22, 2014  Professional Digital Artist
Several years for the rendering, but I have built on this universe for nearly a quarter century. Mostly for RPG campaigns. You can find some of that at my webpage. Just go to Riftspace and theres a lot of it there using the Rifts rulesystem. The basic architecture and premise, races and lots of other backstory there.

Damn, I've only been modeling for 1 year though I've worked on the universe my models belong to for about 10 . . . maybe longer.

I took a look at your site the other day, the teacher looked at me funny cause I kept looking at things on the internet. It just found the background info so interesting, kept reading.

Just a year and you are already at this level:   ????

Holy hell man, you are on track for epic awesomeness.
The world has to suck people in, and you have to get good kinda at everything. I don't just do ships, I also learned how to do digital painting of planets, learned modeling for people and environments. Most artists I see on here do just one thing. I am really trying to be able to do it all and show it all.

Thanks, that fighter was made about 1 year 4 weeks after my first model.

I know what you mean, I'm actually working on planets and space artwork myself right now. People and environments are something I will work on in the future as well, if I could I would just work on everything at the same time.

Really, how come? Most people call it an arrow ship.
