Knight-Commander of the ULC Angel of War,

Sir, there are unusual readings from the nearby system the humans call 'Alpha Centauri'. I suspect the humans may be amassing ships there to flank us, the readings I'm getting however are not at all similar to the ones we encountered earlier. It is very possible that the humans may have more advanced technology then we assumed. Furthermore I  have noticed several newly powered ships on the surface of 'Terra', I urge you to tighten the fleets formation. As you know I never supported these negotiations and I once again want to request that you take action before they do.
